is, is also prone to exuding various substances that certainly don't pass muster in polite
company. As the sole custodian of your body, it is your duty to constantly clean up your
act and be on the wash for any of these substances, whenever and wherever they may appear.
Of course, we realize that it is most impolite for us to talk about these things or for you
to even read about them, so we seriously considered abandoning the subject entirely and
instead filling this section with an uplifting literary analysis of that great classic for
children and adults, "The Little Engine that Could". However, you probably do need some
help in hygiene, so here it is.........
